Stewart Perry

Stewart leads Fieldfisher’s European restructuring and insolvency team. He primarily acts for insolvency practitioners, various categories of financier, distressed companies and their directors, and his experience covers the full range of insolvency work, from purchases and sales in trading insolvencies to multinational multimillion pound frauds. Stewart chairs the R3 General Technical Committee, and is a member of the Policy group and Council.
