Stephen Rome

Stephen is a Director and Practice Leader of the Commercial Litigation and Contentious Insolvency Team at Thursfields Solicitors. He has a broad practice assisting a diverse range of commercial clients including those involved in retail & leisure, real estate, cosmetic surgery and financial services. He has advised on several complex matters in the High Court and Court of Appeal. He acts for both insolvency practitioners and defendants in contentious insolvency claims including breach of duty, transactions at an undervalue, preference claims and transactions to defraud creditors.
