Rachel McCahill

Rachel McCahill is an Associate Director at Manolete Partners, based in Northamptonshire and covering the East Midlands region. She joined the business in May 2025, bringing more than 26 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law. Previously a Partner at a Midlands-based law firm, Rachel is recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. A regular speaker at insolvency conferences and trainer for The Legal Training Consultancy, she also hosts many of Manolete’s webinars. Rachel is a Fellow Member of R3.
