Jennifer Hills is Head of Process at the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), where she leads the team responsible for handling complaints about IPA-regulated practitioners. She provides senior oversight of the complaints process, ensuring complaints concerning IPA-regulated practitioners are progressed effectively and that appropriate, proportionate and consistent regulatory outcomes are achieved.

Prior to joining the IPA in 2020, Jennifer spent 12 years at PwC, primarily specialising in corporate insolvency, during which she gained extensive experience in a broad range of complex insolvency matters. Since joining the IPA, she has developed significant expertise in regulatory case management and complaints handling, alongside her wider role in supporting the effective operation of the IPA’s regulatory processes.

Jennifer also served as Secretariat to the Joint Insolvency Committee for five years, providing valuable insight into the wider insolvency regulatory landscape and working with key stakeholders across the profession.
