Rachel McCahill

Rachel McCahill is an Associate Director at Manolete Partners, the UK’s leading insolvency litigation financing company. Rachel joined Manolete in May 2025 having previously gained over 25 years’ experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law.

Before joining Manolete, Rachel was a Partner at several East Midlands law firms, where she built a strong reputation acting on a wide range of insolvency matters. She is recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in the field of Insolvency and Corporate Recovery.

Rachel is a regular speaker at insolvency conferences and delivers training for MBL Seminars Ltd. She is also a former Chair of the R3 East Midlands Ladies Committee.
