Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA)
David is the Chief Inspector at the IPA, overseeing the governance and risk functions of the IPA to ensure the compliance with the Regulatory Objectives. He leads the IPA’s inspection team, including the Volume Provider Regulation Scheme, which monitors the largest IVA and PTD providers representing 70% of the market. Additionally, he is the IPA’s MLRO and a professional member with the ICA and leads the IPA’s Supervisory responsibilities for Anti-Money laundering. David is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, with 12 years of experience at the IPA and his previous roles were at Grant Thornton and KPMG.
