Dave Magrath

Dave Magrath is Director for Investigation Services at the Insolvency Service, where he leads teams undertaking a range of civil and criminal investigations. Since joining the agency four years ago, he has led the response to Bounce Back Loan fraud, developed the agency’s first public-facing enforcement strategy, and strengthened investigative capability through new technology and operational improvements. Prior to this, Dave spent 20 years with Immigration Enforcement, tackling organised crime.
