By the time the 2023 SPG Forum starts, Bill will have spent over half his life working in insolvency, first at OR Gloucester as an insolvency examiner, then at ACCA as a compliance officer, before setting up Compliance On Call in 2005. Compliance On Call specialise in insolvency compliance for smaller firms, and Bill relies on Gareth and Jenny to help maintain the firm’s reputation for technical excellence. Bill is a Fellow of ACCA and R3, and a Member of the IPA. He moved to the Forest of Dean 2 years ago and now has a fantastic view from his office window, together with a pool table, dartboard, and whisky collection for when work gets too much.
