Beth Redfern

Beth Redfern joined R3 in March 2025 as its Technical Manager. She is CPI qualified and provides technical support to R3 members, R3 committees, and R3’s own staff. She is currently working on several pieces of bespoke technical guidance for members. Beth previously worked at RSM for 10 years, where she worked across a variety of teams including its Technical Team. She notably assisted with the implementation of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 followed closely by the changes made to the rules in Scotland.
