In 2019 Ben Luxford joined R3 as its Technical Manager. He provides technical support to R3’s staff and committees, answers technical queries raised by members, and produces bespoke technical guidance and materials including Technical Bulletins and Technical Alerts for R3’s members.
Ben worked has worked at PwC, UHY Hacker Young, BDO, and Moorfields Advisory. Ben’s notable achievements include overseeing the final distribution of c$33m (in various currencies) to $2.8bn creditors in the case of Maxwell Communications Corporation Plc and being part of the team that worked on the Special Administration of Hartmann Capital Limited and returned the majority of client monies within 12 months.
Ben has almost 18 years’ experience of working in the insolvency profession and is JIEB qualified.
