Justine Carruthers

As Head of Insolvency Investigations in ICAEW’s Conduct Department Justine leads the investigation team in reviewing and, where relevant, investigating all complaints about the work of Insolvency Practitioners, ranging from complaints about high profile administrations to bankruptcies and IVAs. She has been at ICAEW for over 13 years, having spent more than 20 years at a big 4 firm where she specialised in running formal insolvencies.
