Tristan Jenkinson

Dr Tristan Jenkinson is an expert witness with nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on digital forensics and eDiscovery matters. He has provided witness statements and expert reports to courts in the UK and Europe, and has provided deposition testimony in the US. He is a Certified Computer Examiner, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Chartered IT Professional, a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Legal Data Intelligence Architect. He is a member of the EDRM Global Advisory Council and the GIAC Advisory Board.

Dr Jenkinson regularly presents and writes on topics relating to digital forensics, eDiscovery, investigations, generative AI, fraud and OSINT. He has lectured on digital forensic investigations at De Montfort University and has written an online course for the International Compliance Association focused on investigations using digital forensics and eDiscovery.
