Joel Finnan

Joel is a specialist insolvency barrister. The core of his practice involves the identification and recovery of misapplied company assets on behalf of insolvency practitioners and litigation funders. Joel is also routinely instructed to deal with all manner of applications arising out of the Insolvency Act 1986, such as obtaining administration orders or directions from the Court. Joel has particular expertise in the fixing of office-holder remuneration.
